What do I have to do to get any kind of response?

I started studying through DCC in October. Had I known the issues I would have with them, I wouldn't have bothered and gone elsewhere.

1. You are promised an email address through them. What they don't tell you is that you have to call and request it or else they do not assign this to you as should automatically happen as per the orientation guide.

2. Calling the call centre is a mission - no one ever answers the phones. Emailing them is just as bad. Never read receipts, never a response. I have posted on Facebook and I did get a response, but nothing has ever been sorted, my posts have been deleted, and I am no longer able to post on their page.

3. In the first week of November, I notified them by phone, many emails, and by Facebook posts & messages that my Pastel disc I had received, did not have the files required in order to study the subject. Up to date, I am still awaiting a solution. Gavin Pitt eventually contacted me in January to try sort this out, but still - almost a month and a half later - still nothing is sorted (This is a year course which I will have to complete by October...)

4. I have submitted 4 assignments, I have not had a read receipt for even one of them. I have had no results / response for any of these assignments at all. I have resent the assignments hoping for a response and yet I am still waiting.

5. In the orientation guide, it is stated exams run in March & November. On the student portal (which almost never works and is never updated) on the DCC website, it states May & November. Still awaiting a response to this email asking when to expect the exams, and how to register for them.

6. When making a payment plan with DCC, I requested that my debit order be taken off after the 27th of every month, as my salary only reflects on the 27th. In December, when I did not have sufficient funds (as I had not been paid as yet) they tried to debit my account on the 15th of December, and again on the 20th, causing me to pay hefty bank charges. There was NO correspondence that this would be debited at an earlier date whatsoever, and after emailing and Facebook messaging about this, I still have had no response.

What do I have to do to get someone to attend to my queries?!?!
