WARNING! DO NOT STUDY AT DAMELIN!!! ENDLESS FRUSTRATION

Warning! Do not register with Damelin Correspondence College. Once you registered, it is a never ending struggle to get any service or finish your studies. I registered in 2015 to study towards my diploma. (1.) At first I had to struggle to receive all my study material, which was resolved after numerous phone calls and e-mails. (2.) When it was time to register for my exams, once again, I had to phone and send numerous e-mails just to register for exams. I never managed to register for exams and after a year just give up with them! (3.) Now I found out that Damelin listed me on ITC for non- payment for exam fees. (which I never wrote / registered to write because of their *********** personnel and non-service. ) (4.) I am a single mom with twins. I app**** for study loans in order for them to study this year and the banks rejected my applications because of this "non -payment" on ITC. This is their error, yet I do not get any assistance from their side to resolve this! Not only could I not finish my studies, but now I get the short end of the stick again by not be able to provide for my children's studies..... and this all because of DAMELIN! Every time I phone / e-mail to try and resolve this, I get referred to a different department / person. I need to clear my name off ITC and Damelin personnel keep on passing the buck and no one takes responsibility for their errors. Save yourselves a lot of stress and exhaustion by not registering with Damelin to further your studies. You will be disappointed! At no time was I ever informed by either Damelin or ITC that I was in arrears or going to be listed on ITC. How does ITC get away with listing me without informing me or giving me a fair change to resolve the issue? I find this extremely unjust and frustrating!
