Waiting, waiting and WAITING for assignments marks

Why am I not slightly surprised by yet another false and empty promise? I have 5 assignments marks due. I was told previously if I want my marks before it is send to me (which takes approx 4 months+), it's my responsibility to phone and request it. I phoned on 12/05/15, spoke to Dewal to get my marks. He putted me on hold and what I presume is contacted the Exam depart. After holding for several minutes, he picked up again and told me he is awaiting feedback, I should hold. I told him that I am in a working environment, I can't keep on holding the line, so he told me he will phone me back. 13/05/15, I followed up because I was never phoned back (not surprised...). A new consultant answered, also put me on hold for almost 10 minutes, came back and had the same message as Dewal. What is the purpose then??? I told him about my previous call, and he told me that Dewal never phoned the Exam dept
