Waiting for Refund Since 2017

My fiance tried to do studying through damelin correspondence in 2017, however there was little to no communication, so he decided to ask for a refund of R13 950 that he paid out (this excludes his textbooks that he had to get elsewhere). Nothing was ever done about this, so we emailed *** and *** last year in September. Where they converted and we could send new filled out forms for the refund. The last email we received from them was 19 Jan 2021 - they said that they will request feedback and come back to us to confirm - AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US! Since then, we have sent out several emails - we tried the following address: ***, *** (she responded she was not working there anymore, but still gave us an alternative address), ***, *** and *** We have waited long enough, and we have given them ample time for them to refund us. This is not fair on us, especially not to beg for our money back, and still we receive no response from them.
