WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR 4YEARS

Reading through some of the complaints its shocking that this company is still in existence. Their peoples skills is non-existent! I`ve personally written to the 3 Directors of Damelin almost every single day. Not one responded to my please/complaint. 1 Director has since blocked ALL my emails & will not accept accountability for the lack of commitment from his team. I feel for ALL the complainants as we are all in the same boat, fighting the same battle. Sadly only response you ever get is the "Automated" responses with "Your email will be attended to 3.-5 working days.

The Senior Management is just as hopeless, with empty promises & this lack of empathy filters through the entire organisation. From the Directors to your junior staff.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR 4YEARS AND COUNTING. MY MONTHLY SAVINGS WENT INTO PAYING FOR THIS COURSE WHICH WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE OFFSET!. ITS NOW TIME TO PAY BACK AND ITS TAKING THEM THIS LONG.

DONT SIGN YOUR CHILDREN UP FOR THIS...CLOSE THEM DOWN! THEY HOPELESS!
