waiting for a certificate for ever

<p>I registered with damelin on 2015 somewhere october for comptia+network course wated for study material for ever,i decided to change a course to system analysis & design on 2017 february ,i finished submitting all assignments n passed all,i request for a certificate and i've been given a request form to fill it same time at the branch,and i have to wait for ten weeks which i did on the 11 week i phone johannesburg brach to find out where is my certificate? Ive told that i did'nt submitt the request form i have to re do it ,this time a have to fax it as i was at work i send it to yolanda via mail and she told me to wait another ten weeks which is not fair.i paid cash i don't ow them ,when i try to do follow up my calls are been hang-up.student number 425878 my contact are ********** 243 pleae help</p>
