Waiting excessive times on information

So recently I enrolled at DCC to redo my matric science & mathematics. After waiting for my study material to arrive I realized that I have yet to receive the venue details. So I received my study material 2 weeks prior to writing a test, a test where I have no Idea where The venue is. It's utterly pathetic for a college of any sort to treat their students like this. I don't see why I have to run after other people's **** because they didn't do the job properly. It took so many emails and phone calls to get my study material and yet I'm unable to write my tests because of this and the fact that I still have no idea which venue I am assigned to.
