Waiting 5 months on a certificate

<p>In February 2016 I started a partime course at Damelin Mowbray Campus Course was completed in April 2016 and up to date I have not received any certification. I was told I would receive results and certificate within 4-6 weeks. about after 2 months I have only recieved letter of results and not certificate. I waited another month and another and still no certificate. No one is able to assist me I have been dealing with the relevent people and still nothing. Up until today it is now 5 months and still waiting.</p> <p><br />I am absolutely disgusted with their poor service. To wait 5 months for your certificate when the course has been paid in full way before it has even started and course was completed 5 month ago! Pathetic!</p> <p>I will never recommend anyone to study partime or even study at Damelin.</p> <p><br />Right now I am angry as my patience has run up! I have given them enough time. I am not the only student waiting on certification.</p>
