Waiting 5 months for student number from Damelin Correspondence College

Before I registered with damelin, the advisor who assisted me, Siwathabele Dike told me specifically that once I pain my registration fee of R2300, I will get my student number along with all my modules, I paid my registration fee of R2300 the minute my salary was paid into my bank account. Once I paid my registration fee and requested my student number to start with my studies, we had a difficulty of a pay-slip, I then supp**** her with a latest pay-slip at the beginning of February 2021. After I submitted all the requested documentation, I got no response from Damelin or my advisor for the month of February. In March, I went to the Cape Town office to get more information regarding my student number etc. They then contacted Pretoria Office as Siwathabele Dike is from the Pretoria Branch, I was then told that the manager will give me a call to confirm my registration. I never received that call at all. I kept on messaging Siwathabele, however she refused to reply. After a while she eventually responded and said that they need a bank statements to proceed with my application. After almost 4 months, she only told me in April that they need a bank statement from me in order tp proceed with my application. This all came out after I threatened to go to the papers. I requested a refund as I didn't want to proceed with my application. Damelin does not deserve to be registered as an education institute, they are full of ***** schemes. I spent endless time, running between my daily job, trying to get my application in so I don't miss the deadline. Up until this day, I haven't received any feedback from damelin or my advisor. I could have registered with a different college as I should have been in my second semester by now.

What a waste! I want serious answers from damelin and a full refund asap so that I can register with UNISA
