Waiting 5 months for a refund with no feedback

I registered in February with Damelin, paid the registration fee and paid 4 to 5 months till I found out I'm pregnant. I did not use any of the facilities provided and sent in a cancellation letter and followed process as they advised. I had to fill out forms for a refund due which they advised me to do and send in the relevant documentation such as copy of I'D bank statement etc. This was in August. I received feedback that the refund will be due in 90 "working" days when calling in which was about 20 times because when coming through to the call centre the line gets dropped I've even gone in to one of the branches who also complained themselves that the call centre always drops the lines and there are many clients who complains of this. When at the branch the consultant I finally got through to advised me by the 20th December the 90working days expire and I should receive my funds. It's now the 19 January and I've still not received my funds. I've sent an email the 4th of January to follow up where the automated system advised response will be in 5 working days and till today I've still received no response.
