Very unprofessional

<p>I had stopped studying at Damelin due to waiting for my books for over a year, which my account had been cancelled December 2015 and all my books and material was sent in January 2016 and was told it was approved and should take 90 Days. It is now halfway in June and I still haven't found out when I'm getting paid or how much they have accounted for me for paying them. I am very unhappy and ask if anyone knows if I can take Damelin to the ombudsman as I would like to start studying again but the lack of money leaves me waiting for damelin to refund me and then I can start but they are taking their sweet time.</p>
