Very Terrible service

I have app**** to study with Damelin Braamfontein, they did not advise that they did not offer the course I app**** for. instead, Nicky request me to pay registration fee so that I secure my space. I did as requested. I advised Nicky that my employer will be paying for my studies, so they will need confirmation of my registration and the quotation of the subjects. she promised that I will get it early January 2020, I did not get any communication until I went to Damelin braamfotein to find out why. that's where they told me they cant offer the course I app**** and register for. so I asked for my refund, till to date I have not received my funds back.

I have tried calling them, they drop the call. I spoke to several people. Solomon Sekhu, Bongani Mazibuko, Fulufhelo Nevondo , Nicky, Tsholofelo. no one is helping.

They are asking me to wait for 90 days for something which is their fault.
