Very poor service from damelin correspondence college

I am a student with damelin correspondence college, since I stated with them I'm having problems.

I cannot get my final results from the department of education as damelin did not submit the term marks to the department. I tried phoning them but does not exceed. Numerous emails was sent but no one get back to me. My student number is 437059.

Please help as I'm not sure what to do any more, as I already paid alot of money
