Very Poor Service !!!

Very dissatisfied with the lack of help provided by the correspondence college. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've been phoning and emailing several times, nobody has responded. My second year results were delayed and are now expected on February 9, 2024. My account is current, but I have not received a response from anyone at the college. The Student advisers are also kept in the dark, so they are unable to address any student challenges. I need help right away. Please let me know if there other ways to get feedback; I've given this to my lawyers.
