very poor service

I am very disappointed with this dcc college they have sent me usb with wrongful study notes as well as missing notes for subjects I have bought wrong textbooks all due to this and when ever you e-mail them about your work or help wit anything there is no reaponse what's so ever I have sent all my documents in for cancellation and still there is no response with my refund forms I have wasted my one year of my valuable time.
