Very dissatisfied and angry student!!

<p>This is the second review I am putting up in the past few weeks. My first complaint was not attended to and again shows Damelins blatend and poor service to paying students. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted firstly that they cant get their student services correct! A shocking journey which can be written and publicly displayed for all to see and critic. </p> <p> </p> <p>Recent issues including today are:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Unreturned assignments which a student works very hard to submit. The lazy and inaccurate redelivering the incorrect assignments is embarressing for the institution and shows how disorganised they are. I am waiting for 1 particular assignment and they have send many of the same assingments sometimes 5 times which can be proven in writing. Is this happening to other students? I would not know as there is absoutely zero student support!! No access to other students and don't even try phone the college number to ask for help, the support student service can't answer your questions and I cannot waste money on phone calls because I am transferred or put on hold for lengthly times.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Changing of July exam results. As the student we have to pay for the exams and have to ensure we are on time to write the exam. This is my end of the contract I have to honour It seems to me that the institution thinks that continuously changing the release date for the July exams is ok? This is extremely annoying for the paying students. What is wrong within Damelin? Damelin seems to not be running smoothly or on time! Again this was shown by Damelin having to delay the June exam session to July. Which inconveniences study time for students for the November sitting. </p> <p>This is disgusting service. Unprofessional, inconsistant and extremely inconveniencing!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>3. An email was sent this morning to inform students the change of the exam result date. There is serious inconsistency. A text message was sent out on the 20th September 2016 moving the date to the 21st September 2016. No text message was send today regarding the change. </p> <p>And under this message a message saying that they are extending the registration for exam entries to the 30th September 2016. WHEN WERE EXAM INVITATIONS EVER SENT OUT!! NEITHER MY STUDENT OR PERSONAL EMAIL HAVE RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR NOTIFICATION OF THE NOVEMBER EXAM SESSION! </p> <p>Again, I am absolutely DISGUSTED!! This is totally outrageous and is how Damelin inconveniences students with last minute payments for the exams and also leads to students missing registration! I could have again, for the second time, missed registration due to not being sent an invite!! This happened to me last year. This is totally unacceptable. I am fuming with anger and would like to make it known to anyone who ever wants to register with Damelin to not to! I can back up every single issue I have incurred with Damelin to date in writing and wish I never signed up! I have endeavoured to complete the course so I don't have the inconvenience of a fight to cancel. I have heard many other horror stories of people pulling out so I have tried to go with the flow with Damelin and have been let down the entire way!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now what I would like to know is if anyone will get back to me as my previous complaint was not attended to! This is a kind and quieter public complaint. My next step and action will be more severe and I will ensure I utilise social platforms.</p>
