Very bad customer service

I've written all my subjects, I've finished my course of 2 years it's been 6 months now and I still haven't received marks for tests I wrote in 2017. I have phoned emailed and they keep on putting the phone down in my ear.

I've requested my certificates for the past 3 months now but they haven't even rep**** on 1 mail or answered any calls, they just drop the call.

I will never recommend damelin college to any body
