USELESS,TIME WASTING AND BAD SERVICE.

in january i registered for a paralegal course at Damelin Correspondence in braamfantein. every month they since February till now they deduct twice on my account and i have to go to the bank and reverse everytime. I told the student advisor about this problem and he couldn't help me. i did my own investigation and called the accounts department and found out that i am also paying for another student and that was not the agreement. The agreement was that i pay my own for my own fees and i don't know who signed for the for the other student and that is *****. I called the accounts department again and some lady told me that they can not remove me as the account holder until the school fees is fully paid. its the 3rd of July and i haven't received my timetable for my june exams and i can not even prepare because i don't know if il write or not. This is not fair on me because im working hard to pay my school fees and get the qualification so that i can get a better future. Damelin Braamfantein is useless and they giving people a bad service. I am so dissapointed and if i knew i was not going to go to that college. When you try to call them, they put you on hold until the phone cuts itself. People must think twice before they register at Damelin.
