USELESS THE MEANING OF DAMELIN.

Disgusted in the poor service of Damelin Braamfontein. I am currently attempting my second year at this college, eagerly to say I wont recommended to any body out there. since I have started various things was promised that I haven't received. I do not have access to my student portal as its been under maintenance for over a year, PATHETIC! they take your money and do not send any confirmation regarding exam, make you miss out on the exams blaming you for not paying and then do not have the slightest of interest in sorting out the problem.

I have sent through all my assignments and yet they fail me, when I phone and eventually get through to a consultant there has been said, my marks has been forgotten. I mean really ???

I will therefor also forget to pay another debit order until every problem has been solved. as the service and help you get from them is unacceptable. ANOTHER thing, I wrote my April exams and couldn't complete half of the papers due to MISSING information, then there was said that extra marks will be given due to lack of test paper information, signed by them and myself, yet still a fail mark has been app****... how do you miss out on soo much ? this has been on going for so long and yet no one , NO ONE has helped me out. how could this college be recommended every where? I don't think people actually know what goes wrong in this college and think its time this takes a big change so that people can see how useless they are.

I am actually lost for words and am on the break of cancelling my studies. I have paid over 17 000.00 for absolutely NOTHING! I cant even say that I have passed my first year has I still don't even know if I have passed, still waiting on that information to come through and its already almost over with 2018.
