Useless Education System

<p>In 2015 I registered to study with Damelin Correspondence College, a Higher Education institution. I paid all the necessary fees but did not receive my study material, registration letter, assignment/exam dates or any other relevant information. In March 2016, after an excessive amount of emails and calls, I received the study material. When reviewing the study material per course, it became apparent that the answers to all assignments where included, with a note saying ‘don’t plagiarise’. (I still have copies of this). I was appalled, and decided to cancel my studies with Damelin Correspondence College, due to their total lack of respect for South African’s education system as well as their total disregard for timeous information regarding my further education. To date, I have not received my money back and they have agreed (in writing) to refund the course fees. Every time I call they advise there is a 90 WORKING DAY turnaround time for the refund (equivalent to roughly 5 months) with no interest. They eventually gave a refund date but did not repay the funds – I am still waiting to receive my money!!</p>
