USELESS COLLEGE: DONT BE FOOLED

I'm very unhappy with DCC. From the time I started there is no help. I simply cannot get a hold of anyone for any queries or any requests. How can I continue paying when i cant even complete the course. This is ridiculous. Student portal doesnt work, no reply to emails, lines are unavailable or keeps disconnecting but now I am blacklisted on ITC because of DCC. I have already paid alot of money. Who can assist me with this. The only time there was any contact ever made is when they were selling the course, after you pay theres no contact and when your accounts falls in arrears then they quick to make contact with you. Useless I tell you. The whole college is a ****. They sent an email with black Friday offer of 50% off your balance and i sent them an email and tried contacting them many times but they didnt respond up until now and still blacklisted me.Who can i take this up with.
