Useless

can not believe an institution as a big as Damelin can not keep records. I did a certificate in Project Management with them some few years ago, I wrote exams and all but due to financial struggles I was not able to pay up my fees so I could not be issued a certificate. Now I want to pay and get my certificate they tell me they cant find me in their archives I need to produce some correspondence between myself and them. I mean my ID number should be good enough to get this. How will I go to the company I used to work for 4years ago and ask to retrieve correspondence between Damelin and myself. I just think this is thee most unbeliveable thing these guys can do. What sort of college can not retrieve using an ID number i mean honestly. Useless if you ask me.
