Urgent matter

Student number: 420505 I was one of your student at Damelin Correspondence College in Braamfontein. My account was on arrears for years, i had financial problems. In May 2023 i cleared all the arrears amount. I was given this reference number:154278, for months struggling to get assistance, making calls everyday pushed from on person to another, sending emails finally on the 18th of September i received Progress Report and the form - DCC AWARD REQUEST FORM.I submit the form back with all the required documents, on the 18th of September 2023.I was told to wait 4-6 to get my Reward.

It 6th week now i have not receive anything, no communications. I can't use produce Progress Report because it doesn't have Credits. This is an urgent matter, i might lose my job because i am unable to produce qualifications. I want to further my studies, i can't apply with Progress Report that doesn't have credits.

I have been patiently waiting for months, the service i am getting is very poor. I don't know how much money i have used ti make calls to Damelin Correspondence College, call waiting till it 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes they don't pick their phone after waiting for an hour on phone waiting for assistance. Communication is very important.
