Unsuccessful Studies AND NO Refund

After 1.5 years of struggle in this PATHETIC educational system, I eventually got gatvol and didn't even start my studies because of the LACK of knowledge and guidance these employees have. I app**** for a refund which at first they didn't want to but I appealed and they granted MY RIGHT, 10k paid upfront, all educational studies purchased, but nothing, I walked out with less, and now I am fighting a battle daily for my refund, how is anyone even supposed to have faith in a system like this??!
