unsatisfied student 436576 RIDICULOUS THE ENTIRE INSTITUTION DOESNT CARE

Here we go again...Damelin Correspondence service... I had to fight tooth and nail with them to cancel my course...over 3 months of none response and 2 more months of empty promises until I wrote a review on HelloPeter

Now they have to refund me over R11 000 and they just haven't bother to respond to my request which I sent on 25 June 2019 with all the necessary documents attached. I sent a follow up email on 18 July 2019...still no one responded and another on 15 August 2019 and still no one responded. It is ridiculous!! They don't care about you once you are in their system the only thing the know how to do is deduct money from your account and ignore their students. RIDICULOUS!!!

I have called their call center several times on the verge of tears, their lines drop when you finally do get through they are just as useless promising to escalate and no one ever comes back to you
