<p>my partner had done rewritten her matric last year 2016 and we had expected her matric results the same time all the results were out and yet we did not receive any such, after months and months and up to now we have still not received any sort of communication with regards to her results and whether or not she passed, it has been extremely excruciating and annoying to be constantly following up with Damelin and asking them about when we will recieve these results and all Damelin is doing is giving us the run around and making us follow up and even so with all they have given us we have still not been succesfull in getting answers. </p> <p> </p> <p>i feel that this kind of service is unacceptable and puts an institution such as Damelin in disrepute it half way through a new year and yet we dont know of any results, if i had know that this is what we were going to go through then i wouldnt even have sugested Dameliln and its even more frustrating as i suggested that my partner do her matric through as i had faith in Damelin and trusted them as a reputable institute however due to their lack of service and a proven results of them not following or keeping anyone updated i feel as if i have made a big mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>my partner has spoken to multiple people from Damelin and neither of them have a straight answer for us yet they tell us we need to contact the education department of which i feel is absolutely and utterly low and shows very bad client service as damelin had said that they will notify my partner of her results and yet we find ourselves constantly running after Damelin just for results?</p> <p> </p> <p>i will never ever refer anyone to Damelin again, as far as im concerned Damelin and what they stand for and how they choose to work is an absolute mess and people should know that if dealing with Damelin it will definitely be a waste of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>below are a list of names that my partner has spoken to of which none of them are of any help as they did not help or improve our situation but just made it worse as they are the ones that cant give answers and send us from pillar to post:</p> <p>Geralda Cloete</p> <p>Olivia Cupido</p> <p>Estelle Webb </p> <p> </p> <p>these are the people that take months to reply to an email which makes me question what are they doing that they can not reply to emails especially those of a client/student.</p> <p> </p>
