Unprofessional To The Core, You Call This Private Education ?!

<p>Damelin Correspondence College a subgroup FET college of Damelin Educor, has given me the run around since day one of my studies - their so called 'student advisors' that are placed and employed to asisst the forefront of their business being the students are the most *********** individuals I have ever come across in my lifetime with a business let alone a college which is supposed to be educating our youth of tomorrow (really setting the benchmark high). If this is what you call private education please refund me my money back asap, with that being said in which I have actaully requested due to me tranfering to a new course which was what caused the initial uncountable number of phone calls, emails back and fourth liasing and a absolute horrifying service from Damelin. Up until today, I am still awaiting the date of which my refund will be made to me, from my transfer, surely you can atleast provide me with such a simple notification if you are such an outstanding college running for over 80 years or so yet I have to keep begging and chasing which is appaulling as a customer/student (really do wonder how the institution has survived this long with such putrid distasteful service). On the contrary, I have acute information of the regulatory boards for all FET/TVET colleges due to my partner actually owning a FET college(yes Damelin today is your lucky day, you've met your match), this is my last straw as if I am not contacted immediately with precise information of the date of payment and efficient feedback I will be taking Damelin up to make a clear dent in their so called 'private' repuatable educational reputation. My patience has finally run out now and i'm awaiting an immediate contact of response and sheer promptness of payment.</p> <p> </p>
