unprofessional service

i have been trying to get a hold of some one for 3 days , i haved called 5 times a day the receptionist is rude they transfer you call without listening to you, you call back and they drop the call, my material has been paid in full in March, it close to 2 months and i have not any call or information from Damlin, i had followed up with you guys last month and was told i would recieve my books on the 06 may, i asked the recptionist for sumone senior and she drops the call... service is pathethic... on the line today now for 5minutes already
