Unprofessional, Pathetic Service

The most unprofessional and pathetic campus I have yet to deal with is Damelin Boksburg campus. It is run more like a corner shop. Since the lockdown there has been no communication with the parents or students as to the way forward. They have now just started online lectures which is for a duration of 45 minutes x 2 for the week. What can be done during such limited hours. Since the beginning of this year there is no lecturer for accounting hence no lessons. Is this actually a legitimate campus??? I have paid my sons tuition already for this year and this is in contravention of my contract vas they have not fulfilled their part. I went to the campus today and was refused entry and after 20 minutes a Mr Reddy can to the car. Totally unaware of what is happening in the campus and tells me it’s a big transition from face to face to online for them. He’s obviously been living under a rock all these years. Pathetic I want my money back from this back door facility........
