Unprofessional College

over a year and two assignments which were submitted in 2019 June, after a long drill of finding assistance my one assignment was traced on the 7th January 2020 and it's only submitted to the tutor. Very unprofessional. what's worse I requested a cancellation and spoke to a lady Dezlyn Benjamin who was rude and impatient as well.
