Unprofessional college

I am extremely upset with Damelin Correspondence College. They honestly just take money from people and then they run away from you. I registered with Damelin in a rush (mistake i made) after i resigned from work and paid the full amount of R18600 for HR Diploma. After finances were extremely tight and having to getvmy son to doctors, I had to request for a cancelation of atudies and requested for a refund etc. To be able to pay for my babies medical bills and guess what, no one replies to the request, when you phone, consultants place you on hold and then drops the call. I spoke to one of the consultants who sent me the cancelation form and she was so rude and unprofessional. Katlego the student advisor who i registered with, somehow disappeared from earth. All i need is urgent cancelations and my refund, then you are also told that you will only get 20% back of what you paid. They just take peoples monies and I am going to take this even further as just Hello Peter.
