Unprofessional and uncaring

Damelin does not care about students ,I always send my Assignments to them but they do not return the results, as I'm talking I submitted my Assignments by March 2019 ,I had to apply much effort to get them back , as a result that other assignments results hasn't come back , when I do a follow-up I got asked if I submitted them, now it time for exam results of which I wrote by June 2019 , they are not completed because the same Assignments which were submitted before June exams are still not available , I started with Damelin about 2018 January, it been the same situation up until today,
