Unhelpful, Poor customer service and communication and No1 is held accountable

I had to redo two of my subjects last year, and paid up my account 2 months ago, however my first correspondence to them was in July. I was informed via email that they can only find my results for 1 subject and have been avoiding my emails regarding my certification/results. I have now started a learnership through my company and they want my results which I am unable to provide. Service is PATHETIC
