Unhappy Student wanna be
They were very helpful and friendly when I registered and paid the tuition in full 18,6k. They ignored me when I made a call regarding my study manual which were an extra charge. I canceled the cause in April. After registering on the last day of February. Since then when I call, Jacqualine sends me from pillar to post. Doesn’t want to give Malika Taliep’s number or anyone who is above her to help me get my money back. She just says she’ll return to me after speaking to the deregisteration people and never does. Not even an email. Oh, Craig the manager is forever on leave and her supervisor for in a meeting.

01 Feb 2020, 08:28So they FINALLY responded to my cancellation email. Now they want to take 80% of my fees claiming “the breathing break was over” even though they are the ones that delayed it. Also on the T & C’s contract , you are allowed to claim within 90 days of contract and my cancellation was within that. Damelin will **** YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemy.
