Unhappy student for Damelin

I'm a student with Damelin, since I have registered in 2018,i have written exams twice, 2019 I didn't pass, the did send my academic transcript, 2019 I have written the same exam, no results instead they send me the results of modules I didn't submit assignments for, I have requested my results several times but no one sends me what I need, I wanted to deregister after my first exam in 2019,i was told I'm going to to be charged 80% of my fees, that's when I decided to write the same exam in 2019,now is 2020 no results, I've submitted assignments in April, I was told they were not yet marked but registered for the exams in 2020,i did get the confirmation of my exams but they don't give me the other info that I need, I normally write in Rustenburg but I was told that there is no venue in Rustenburg, I'm stuck with Damelin I thought I'll be doing my final year now but it's so difficult to complete my course, can someone come to my rescue please, they have changed the student portal I can't access any important information that I need, I'm so stuck I wish I could get some assistance because my company paid for my course and I need to give back results that I'm not getting. I'm so disappointed with Damelin.
