Unhappy parent

From August 2024 I have been trying to get results for 1 semester,mails sent several times but no response . September 2024 I then requested to deregister the child instead as there are no responses ,it's October still asking the same question I am disappointed to think Damelin was once trusted and very professional,all those are lost This is disappointing service as a parent
