Unfulfilled promises of refund

Early last year I paid a deposit of R4000, to damelin correspondence college with an intention of pursuing my studies with them. However I had to cancel due to unplanned circumstances, I then followed to procedure and was told i'd receive my refund after 90 working days. This was in May 2014, to this day they keep promising that i'll receive my refund, and yet there is still nothing. I am fed up with them and quite frankly am at my wits end with this whole thing. They have the worst service i've after experienced in my whole life.
