UNFAIRLY TREATED

i asked a refund at damelin after not getting my study material whereby i ended buying study material and a lady by the name Natasha Martin sent me an e mail asking for certified copy of id a stamped bank statement.and i have sent those documents before and she asked them again now they say they must be stamped and certified.I have sent the document telling them i cant certify the documents because of lockdown and i cant get a stamped statement from the bank ,and SHE SENT ME AN E MAIL TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL ALSO CONTINUE AFTER LOCKDOWN.but when i registered they never asked for certified copies now that they must refund me they want certified copies.
