Unfair

I requested a cancellation with Damelin Correspondence College withdrawing my study. I did mention my reason and I made sure that I cancel within 2 2 weeks of registration as per their clause which DOES not state that cancellation s are done under conditions. Well I have refered the matter to the Department of Higher education hence I am waiting for the response. What upsets me more is the debit that they are already debiting even when I did tell them I am not interested in studying anymore and I am not going to study so why take my money?
