Unbelievably HORRIBLE AND UNHELPFUL

This is my 2nd hellopeter ticket for the same issue, months later and still no help. My wife registered last year Jan for PR, she fell pregnant so we had to cancel the course, of which we did in June, since last year June Damelin has been a nightmare. Not only did they debit us for the next 3 months that followed, but they only canceled it in aug/sept. They in november they say they want their books back and we say their llost, please bill us and well pay.. since last year we've been sent to different departments and have emailed so many people no luck!1<br> <br> And now I cannot purchase a house with my wife because somehow this is on our credit record and NO ONE is willing to help us resolve this matter. Tried calling, mailing, but same result. Im fedup of you guys, and I am taking this on legally as of next week, because clearly im not going to win this alone. Now i will throw my toys for something as simple as sending a freaking invoice!!!
