Unbelievable poor service

I am Laying a formal complaint against Damelin as the college does not really care for its people. We have registered with the school under assumption to the college in in good standing and follows the ethics now we in the situation with the de-registration process we cannot be assisted. we have given ample time and requested de-registration after 2 years and no body seems to know how to handle and assist with calls made from time to time but not getting anywhere. what is going on and why are calls forever dropped
