Unacceptable Experience with Damelin

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Damelin . The company incorrectly invoiced me for a debt that I did not owe, causing me financial distress and damaging my credit score.

Despite my efforts to resolve the matter internally with the academic manager, Rhulani Mackaukau, the company failed to take responsibility for their mistake. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness with customer accounts is appalling.

The overall experience has left a sour taste, and I would not recommend Damelin to anyone. The company needs to take serious steps to improve their customer service, accounting practices, and attention to detail to prevent such incidents in the future.
