UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents. My sister is a first year Bcom Accounting student and has complained about the above named lecturer. There are many time when she goes to college, only to find that the lecturer hasn't pitched. It's either that or she doesn't understand anything he says. Apparently this is common in their class (not understanding that is). They were told that 20% comes from him and 80% comes from them doing the actual work. So why on earth is he not even anywhere close to his promised 20%? Right now my parents feel that he is wasting their money as Accounting is my sister's main subject. In fact, this entire situation has even dampened her mood to study.<br> <br> Something needs to be done about this immediately as it's completely unacceptable. Damelin is a PRIVATE college and isn't the cheapest in the industry. What on earth are they paying for right now? I would appreciate a quick response on this matter because it's affecting my sister in a very negative manner.
