Unable to refund me and clear my so called debt and its affecting my credit status.

I did register with damelin but a month or two after i called to cancel the registration as my employer agreed to fund my studies with a different instituion and different course. many months pass without aany cancellation done and they where deducting my account every month for a course that i was not even doing but i let it pass as i did not want to stress my selft with this people. 2017 january on the 27 i received an email updating me that they are canceling my contact with them and since i was paying for the course they will refund me, i just needed to sign and submit back the forms with my copy of ID and proof of payment and bank account which i did and i was informed that it will take 90 days. I waited and i called in to do follow up and one of the consultant advised that i still need to wait for 90 days period which i did wait, but after 90 days i did call in to find out when should i expect the refund including my paid up letter as my credit report shows that i still owe them. The consulatant advised me to hold and after a while she came back to tell me that aparently they do not pick up any remaks or note that said am suppose to wait for 90 days she said i must resend the forms i did and ask if i am still gonna have to wait for another 90 days she said no. Right now i am fed up about this as there are thing i need to buy and thanks to Damelin i am not able to since i owe them that much money which infat they are the ones owing me. ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND AND MY PAID UP LETTER AND FOR THEM TO CLEAR WHATEVER DEBT THEY THINK I HAVE WITH THEM AS IT IS RUINING MY CREDIT STATUS. Please help me get them to resolve this or else i will still go further and make sure i report this metter to the highest authorities there is.
