Unable to get assistant with depositing money in the wrong account

Its been years trying to get assistant and I hope this time my issue will be resolved.

I have been trying to get assistance regarding depositing money in your account I have deposited a cheque in your and I was suppose to deposit it in a different branch. Please do assist me I do have proof of the deposit slip. I have been calling but failing on getting help. Its been 4 years trying to get refunded with the cheque deposited in your account.

Please advise on who can I communicate with regarding this matter your response is highly appreciated
