U&nsatisfactory Service

I am a student at Damelin Correspondence College.After having many problems with Damelin's service in the past, I was put in contact with two people, the one is in charge of tutor queries, the other student services.<br> <br> I lodged 6 tutor queries over the last week. Damelin has a turnaround time of 72 hours per query. One was answered last Friday, another one should have been answered on Friday, two should have been answered yesterday, two tomorrow, and one by Friday.<br> <br> I am still waiting for the three queries that were due on Friday and yesterday to be answered.<br> <br> I emailed the person in charge of tutor queries last Friday, to query why my query hadn't been resolved yet. She never responded. I then phoned her yesterday, and she said that she'd follow up. I then emailed the student services team leader, who rep**** that on receipt of a response by a tutor, it would be relayed to me.<br> <br> I am writing an exam next week, and can't afford the luxury of waiting for the tutor to answer my query more than the 72 hour turnaround time.<br> <br> This is shocking. I wouldn't recommend DCC to anyone looking to further their studies.
