My wife registered for her matric in 23 October 2021 .We sent through proof of payment testimonials of 8th November 2021 We received the student number 16 November 2021 Access was only given on the 10 of December .Subsequently my account as the sponsor has been debited 6 times in the space of 3 months. we have emailed them on more than one occasion. called there call center on more than one occasion . When you call the call center they say contact Head office and provide you with Intec College number who then transfers you to another call center. Eventually requesting to cancel I was advised that I have to wait 90 days to get a refund but they did not have a problem to debit my account. Please do not use this college they have no way of dealing with people.
