TO A POINT OF DISGUST WITH DAMELIN

Since the last complaint there has been no progress, which is frustrating to the point of me considering involving my attorney because I am going nowhere even slower. So I started the refund process I even went as far as taking a video of the books and study material before handing them in because I have no trust in Damelin. I think it's over a month that the books are submitted and after numerous calls at my cost I was told my husband needed to send a letter giving authority for money to be put into an account that he has no signing power over. This letter was sent twice and when I was advised they have received all documentation(by the call I made), I was told they still need to check the books which I was told would get to them overnight. So I have come to the conclusion that if the law is not involved my grand kids will probably get the refund and note my son is 10months old. I wonder after all this putrid service(not one call from them with feedback even when promised, all at my own expense) will I have a chance of receiving the full refund....Lord knows at this point I deserve it.
