Time to report this college to the DHE

Ready to take my issues to the Department of higher education. I have had enough with this PATHETIC college. I have requested a cancelation on the 5th of October and I am still waiting for feedback. I was promised feedback today and absolutely nothing?? You agents are so ****y and rude and you guys have no regard for people. I will not pay a cancelation fee for the pathetic service I received since I have registered. This college is a fly by night!
