This institution must be closed!!!!! POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY

I have been trying to get feedback regarding my payments as I was told I missed payments for 4 months which was not true I sent all proof of payments to Thandile bhengu who confirmed the issue was sorted she **** to me the payments were not allocated I have been making payments to that account since 2019 now I’m told I missed payments I tried liaise with the collections team leader on this email *** no response I have been asking for my updated account statement from *** since she’s the one handling my query she’s now ignoring my calls and emails I’m ****ed off!!!
